Cost encompasses a lot more than a price tag.
There are relational costs to feeling discouraged.
There are physical costs to choosing not to work out.
There are emotional costs to berating yourself mentally.
Take a holistic view of your costs, which ones provide the most value (happiness, fulfillment, etc.) to you?
And consider how can you minimize your price tag costs while evaluating your emotional, physical, and relational costs?
