So often we want the same outcome but have different approaches to get there.

If you’re able to establish, and keep top of mind, that the same outcome is desired a cordial conversation can ensue.

And suddenly, even if you don’t agree on the means, you can simply try to understand their outlook.

And then maybe, if the time is right, presenting your own.
