What’s the worst case scenario?

This question is a tool that physiatrist use to help their patients gain perspective. When you identify the worst case scenario you often realize it’s not as monumental as it may feel in the moment.

Additionally, once you identify the worst case scenario you can then make a plan for how you will continue to accomplish your objective. This brings internal peace and assurance to dispel the unhelpful companion of worry that tries so desperately to cling to your mind.

This is how you release worry.
