Recently I read “The Amazon Way” by John Rossman.
The book covers “unique corporate culture of the world’s largest Internet retailer, with a focus on the fourteen leadership principles that have guided and shaped its decisions and its distinctive leadership culture.”
But at the end of it, the what really matters is whether there are results.
Period.
If if there are no results from following ABC principles it’s no good.
(Another important note is that you shouldn’t stop doing something if it’s working, even if someone you trust *including Jeff Bezos* suggests something else. Go ahead and try that other things but don’t necessarily stop what has been showing you results.)
Results are king.
