Diversity is valuable because it brings different perspectives.

Having everyone think, do, feel, and see the same leaves potentially better options overlooked.

Additionally it is awesome to have an opportunity to explain why you hold the view you do.

Consider different options, articulate your beliefs, engage with people who provide intellectual diversity.
