Don’t feed a block of cement to a deer, it lacks concrete nutrients.
(I think that may be the first time I’ve purposefully used a pun on my blog. Here’s to trying new things in 2020.)
Today the theme of finding a fit was impressed upon me.
In the book The 10 Laws Of Trust, and the author makes the great point that your goal is putting a fair price on what the other parties want.
It’s up to them to decide if their demands are worth the price you’ve set.
And you know you’re close when 1) you can describe their needs in a way that satisfies them 2) they acknowledge the price of what they’re asking for.
Find the fit, and be ok when there’s not a fit. Deer are better off not eating concrete.
