A Case Against Goals

Goals are fixed.

Once you reach a goal you’re done.

A habit is a long term change.

Instead of striving for goals strive for habit changes.

*I think an exception to this principle would be if you only want to do something once. Say, run a marathon. A habit that might come from this would be to run 3 times a week.
