Intentional Encouragement Leads To Trust

Shred: the ability to provide insightful constructive feedback.

Encouraging others is vital.

It’s the precursory building block for trust and a successful relationship.

As a relationship, both personal and professional, develops ideally both parties are able to give constructive feedback.

This is not always something that happens on it’s own.

Be someone who asks for constructive feedback.

(Leading by example is a great way to get someone to ask for feedback.)

And in tandem, be intentional with your encouragement.
