If you’ve worked at a company that failed you may recall it involved some pain.
But it was probably also one of the most valuable learning experiences ever.
At a company that’s failing you spending time on critical issues.
At a company that’s failing you’re faced with the need to acknowledge the reality of your circumstance.
At a company that’s failing, you have an unparalleled opportunity for great leadership.
At a company that’s failing you learn why companies do, and don’t do, certain things.
At a highly successful company you may never work on problems that are absolutely vital to what makes a company successful.
But at a failed company you’ll have looked those problems in the face, even if you didn’t solve them.
Don’t discredit the failures, those are often where you learn the most.
