A thick network of webs form the structure of a strong business.
And as you set out to build a web which can support and shape your vision it can be very overwhelming.
There are numerous elements to consider.
But central to success, more than identifying what makes you unique, how you’re going to continue to innovate, etc. is establishing product market fit.
Providing something people want.
So even if you doubt your idea, refuse to abandon it until you’re convinced it’s something people don’t want.
If you spend your time comparing to how others are providing a similar service and doing it better, you’ll stop focusing on the customers at your own door.
Simplify your ideas at the minimum to be providing something people want.
All the rest is secondary.
