Values have been a common theme this past year.

What values do I hold? What values do the people around me hold? Among other existential explorations.

One of the beautiful things about identifying your values is that it guides you, a north star.

And when you see someone laboring to pave a way to follow their values, well – I think it’s one of the most inspiring and genuine things you can do.

Even when I don’t value the same thing as others, I deeply appreciate seeing the work put into becoming who you want to be.

It shows a level of confidence and self awareness that seems to be increasingly rare.
