Vulnerability is like a rare jewel.

Not something you want to give away without care.

It can also be a door, an opportunity to walk into a really meaningful conversation and establish connection.

And while both of these are true, too often we think trust must be established before vulnerability, however, it’s often vulnerability that needs to be established before trust.
