How Momentum & Velocity Inform Company Culture & Mission

What’s the difference between momentum and velocity?

One has a direction, the other does not.

Momentum is simply the gathering of speed.

Velocity is speed in a specific direction.

In business, your velocity, speed towards your mission, should be increased by your culture.

If that’s not the case either your culture or your mission need a course correction.
