My love for reading often eclipses my love for taking action on what I’ve read.

To balance the sales I’m adding a new section to my notebook where I jot down highlights from what I’m reading for “behavior changes” under each new book I start.

After I’ve completed that book I’ll identify one behavior habit and craft a plan to implement it for the next week.
