Business Interests And Customer Interests

Ideally business interests align with customer interests.

After all, what makes a customer happy often benefits the company.

However, this is not always true.

If removing a pain, creating value, doesn’t change customer behavior, it’s not valuable.

A statistic you’ll hear is 9x better is required for a customer to change.
